Missed Installation Fee
There is an automatic $50+GST fee implemented for any missed/cancelled/rescheduled appointments when we are not given a full 24hrs notice. For information check our contact page.
Travel Fees
We pride ourselves on having some of the most reasonable travel rates in the territory. Our current rate is $1.35+GST per kilometre from the storefront, return trip. These fees are only applied to jobs more than 50 kilometres away. *Travel fees are NOT A GUARANTEE OF SERVICE. This means that should the customer be unable to receive satellite FOR ANY REASON, the quoted travel fees are still applied. IMPORTANT NOTE: The travel fees and missed installation fees are not mutually exclusive. Any missed appointments who received a quote for travel fees must still pay that fee as well as the additional $50+GST for the missed appointment.
Cold Weather Cut Off
Unfortunately all scheduled appointments will be rescheduled for the next available date, if the weather dips below -25 Celsius, due to unsafe conditions.
Landlord Consent
Any new installations going onto rented/leased buildings/houses will need to have landlord signed consent forms filled out before the scheduled appointment. These forms will be provided through email and/or available through a pdf link on this page.
Line Of Sight
Satellite installations are our main focus here. All dishes require a clear path to the actual satellite. Our biggest reason for being unable to complete installations is no line of sight between said dish and satellite. You can get a general understanding of which direction we would point the dish by following the information below.
